• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hercules Towing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website.
